Rental Terms & Conditions

Each studio will have two RGB lights, one spotlight, and a bluetooth JBL speaker. You’re welcome to also bring your own lights however outside speakers are not permitted.
Clients are not permitted to bring their own speaker systems into the studio. All audio must be played through the sound systems provided by Drip Creative Studio to ensure safety and maintain control over volume levels across our shared space. Clients are welcome to bring additional lighting equipment to enhance their creative projects. However, all large equipment (e.g., rigging, scaffolding, oversized props) or set builds must be approved by studio management at least 72 hours prior to the rental date. This includes any structures that require assembly, may block walkways, or require extra time for setup and teardown. Failure to comply with this policy may result in denied use of unapproved equipment, additional fees, or termination of the rental without refund.

Cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours of booking receive a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations and rescheduling qualify for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of the booking time, all payments are non-refundable. If the client decides to cancel a rental, a written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. Emails are an acceptable method for submitting this notice; however, text messages or instagram DM's will not be recognized as a valid form of cancellation. DRIP reserves the right to cancel any reservation and deny access to any individual or organization that fails to comply with the policies or financial terms outlined in this rental agreement.

If your rental exceeds the scheduled end time, overtime charges will apply. Studio Sol and the Rain Room are billed at $100 per additional hour, while Studio 51 is billed at $150 per additional hour. Any portion of a half hour will be charged as a full half hour regardless of partial usage. Early entry into the studio for setup is also considered rental time and will be added to your total booking duration.

Client may be subject to storage fees for any items left overnight or beyond the designated load-in/load-out times. This policy also applies to items left on-site after a rental for courier shipment. Drip Creative Studio, LLC is not responsible for coordinating or ensuring the scheduling and execution of pick-ups or deliveries.

For the comfort and safety of everyone, nudity and adult content creation including Only Fans style content are not permitted. If this policy is not followed, the session may be ended early without a refund.

Insurance is required for rentals with over 75 people.

Clients are given access to lockers in side the studio to prevent misplacing personal items. Clients must provide their own locks to secure lockers.
Drip Creative Studio LLC is not responsible and will not be held liable for any lost or stolen belongings while the client or their guests are on the premises before, during or after a rental of the studio space takes place. The client acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with using the facilities, which may arise in whole or in part from the client’s actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in activities or activations, or the negligent acts or omissions of Drip Creative Studio LLC, its employees, owners, officers, or directors. The client voluntarily and knowingly assumes all risks and accepts full responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of facility use. This includes, but is not limited to, risks arising from negligence, gross negligence, defective products, hidden obstacles, equipment malfunction, inadequate training, lack of supervision, or failure to warn of potential hazards. The client further agrees to take responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by their own actions, as well as those caused by their personal guests, vendors, or contractors.

Drip Creative Studio is equipped with 24/7 security cameras throughout the premises, including but not limited to common areas, studios, hallways, and entrances. These cameras may capture both visual and audio recordings for the purposes of safety, security, and quality assurance. By entering and utilizing the space, clients, guests, and all individuals on site consent to being visually and audibly recorded. Recordings are for internal use only and will not be distributed publicly unless required by law or for safety/legal documentation purposes. Tampering with, covering, or disabling any security equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental, loss of deposit, and/or legal action.

We encourage clients to personalize the space with decorations that reflect their creative vision. Any damages resulting from the use of unauthorized materials or improper handling will be assessed and charged after your rental. However, certain guidelines must be followed:
Nails, screws, staples, command strips, or any items that penetrate the walls, floors, or ceilings are strictly prohibited. ONLY blue painter’s tape may be used on the walls or floors.
Absolutely no markers or stickers on the mirrors.
Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed on the premises.

Clients, guests, and vendors may use the on-site parking lot. It is the responsibility of all parties to ensure vehicles are parked in designated legal spaces and do not obstruct the entrances or operations of neighboring businesses. Parking inside the studio premises is strictly prohibited. GUESTS MAY NOT PARK IN BUILDING 5121 - THEY MAY TOW AND CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TOWING FEES.

Drip Creative Studio LLC strictly prohibits drug use, smoking, vaping, firearms, or weapons of any kind. The client agrees to comply with all applicable City, County, State, and Federal laws and will not engage in any illegal activity on the premises. Drip Creative Studio LLC is a drug-free and non-smoking facility at all times. The client is prohibited from selling alcohol on the premises and must not serve alcohol to minors. Should anyone under 21 be seen with an alcoholic beverage, a $500 fee will be charged to client’s credit card, the event will be stopped immediately, and guests must vacate premises.

Neither party shall be held liable or deemed in default under this Agreement for any failure or delay in performing obligations (except for the obligation to make payments already owed) due to circumstances beyond the impacted party’s reasonable control (“Act of God”). Such events include, but are not limited to: earthquake, natural disaster, flood from rains, etc.

The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable fire regulations and must keep all fire exits, including doors, hallways, and stairwells, fully accessible at all times. The client must not engage in any activity that violates ordinances, orders, requirements, rules, or regulations set forth by the Fire Department, Board of Health, or any other relevant governmental authority. All rental equipment and items brought onto the Drip Creative Studio LLC property must comply with fire safety regulations and be properly fireproofed. Open flames, even from candles, are strictly prohibited.

The client acknowledges that DRIP staff may enter and exit the premises as needed during the rental. A designated representative from DRIP will be on-site throughout the rental and may check in with the client or responsible parties to ensure smooth operations. This representative will monitor the restrooms and overall premises, replenish supplies such as hand towels and toilet paper, and remain available to address any questions, needs, or issues that may arise.
