Opened in June 2024, DRIP wasn’t designed by a committee or built for a demographic. It was built by a woman who was tired of settling for spaces that didn’t respect her or her work.

Our founder designed DRIP for herself first - the kind of space she always wished existed but could never find.

Our founder was born in Philippines and Filipino hospitality isn’t a policy - it’s a way of life. It’s making sure you feel seen, cared for, and like you truly belong the moment you arrive. That spirit lives in our entire team.

  • A favorite of vendors because they can pull up and unload their equipment. A huge perk for events. It also provides natural light for those who want it during photoshoots.

  • We’re the only building on the entire street with a back lot. Set up your food truck, tables, mobile saunas, cold plunges, our production sets.
