Glad is the founder of DRIP Creative Studio. Born in the Philippines and raised in San Diego, she didn't always see spaces that honored both her culture and her creativity so she decided to build it.

Before DRIP, she was deep in the world of investments. Suits, spreadsheets, the whole thing. Then she made the leap that changed everything: three years as a full-time UGC creator, building, learning, and proving to herself that creativity is a career. That experience lit a fire and she wanted to do more than creating ads for brands.

She opened DRIP with one vision: build a space where other people could learn to make a living being a creative. Then a 5,000 sq ft warehouse entered the chat and the universe said go bigger.

Now, DRIP is so much more than a place to learn content creation. It's a home for every creative, at every stage of their journey. Dancers, photographers, wellness seekers, UGC creators, dreamers — all of it, all welcome, all the time.
